CFOs are famously risk-averse. If their HR and finance platform works despite being built on outdated technology, why fix it?
To get their attention and assuage their fears, we created guided visualizations on Spotify that helped them imagine their lives with Workday’s modern, future-forward HR and finance platform. The experience worked like this:
CFOs received physical Tranquil Transformations Kits containing:
Letter from account executive
A gift consisting of essential oils and yoga mat
Cards with affirmations and visualizations, as well as more “salesy” cards with things that get CFOs all hot and bothered, like stats and testimonials.
QR code on bottom of the cards directed CFOs to Spotify to listen to the guided visualization and follow along or listen to while they were on the go.
Since this is a B2B direct mailer to executives, it’s a bit “inside baseball,” but that’s their love language.
